A Little Summer Update

Dear Reader,

I hope you're having a wonderful summer!

I just have to tell you about a new craft I've fallen in love with. Our local bookstore hosts craft nights for adults every so often, and this month's class was all about book art. It was such a fun evening! Not only did I get to spend time with other people who enjoy making things, but we also created the most beautiful decorations (see below). I was so impressed with the lady who taught us the basics that I'm already hoping they'll offer another class soon.

You may have noticed that our website is looking a little emptier than usual right now. We've been blessed with lots of sales lately, and we've also been keeping our local bookstore stocked with many of our bestsellers. We're busy getting more books printed and should be fully restocked in about three weeks. In the meantime, if there's something you're looking for, you can find most of our titles in our Amazon store.

We also still have a few copies of our August Little-Known History Mail Club available. This month's story is called The Day Candy Fell from the Sky, and I think it's one of my favorites. It's the true story of what happened in Berlin, Germany, in 1948, when hope arrived in the most unexpected way.

If you're looking for something free to keep the kids busy, these are the printables everyone seems to be downloading lately:

As always, thank you for being here. It really means a lot that you've chosen to be part of this little community we've built. I hope the rest of your summer is filled with lots of good books, happy memories, and a little time to enjoy the slower pace before a new school year begins.

Warmly,

Pavlina
